- Wine making: Total eraflage, rigorous control of the temperatures during the fermentations and long maceration (steeping).
- Wine maturation: Mainly in stainless steel vats during 18 months and partially in French oak barrels.
- Wine tasting: A very deep colour. The nose is elegant with fine red fruits aromas. Well-balanced, the wine has a velvety, noble quality on the palate with rich fruit. It is a medium-bodied, supple-textured wine with ripe tannins.
- Tips: I advise you to enjoy this exceptional and fine wine with BBQ, roasted meats, cheese or on its own. To drink between 16 and 18°C.
