  • Surface of the vineyard: 10 hectares
  • Nature of the soil: Clayey
  • Varieties of vines: 70% Merlot – 28% Cabernet-Sauvignon – 2% Malbec
  • Average age of the vines: 22 years
  • Density: 5.500 plants/hectare
  • Blend: Mainly Merlot, remainder Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec
  • Wine making: Total eraflage, rigorous control of the temperatures during the fermentations and long maceration (steeping).
  • Wine maturation: Mainly in stainless steel vats during 18 months and partially in French oak barrels.
  • Wine tasting: A very deep colour. The nose is elegant with fine red fruits aromas. Well-balanced, the wine has a velvety, noble quality on the palate with rich fruit. It is a medium-bodied, supple-textured wine with ripe tannins.
  • Tips: I advise you to enjoy this exceptional and fine wine with BBQ, roasted meats, cheese or on its own. To drink between 16 and 18°C.
