On our vineyard: we adapted our working methods in order to respect and to put forward qualities of our Château Tour De Guiet’s “terroir”. Our very rigorous field selection, our neat wine making and our fine blend, enable us to obtain authentic wines, richer, more complex and harmonious. We guarantee you with the origin and the quality of our wines.
Wine Making: Total eraflage,maceration (steeping) from 3 to 5 weeks and rigorous control of the temperatures during the fermentations.
