On our vineyards: we adapted our working methods in order to respect and to put forward qualities of Château La Bretonnière’s “terroir”. Our very rigorous field selection, our neat wine making and our fine blend, enable us to obtain authentic wines, richer, more complex and harmonious.
Wine making: Total eraflage, maceration (steeping) from 3 to 5 weeks and rigorous control of the temperatures during the fermentations.
