“Excellence”, Fine Terroir Wine

• Blend:  At least 70% Merlot (with a maximum of 97% depending on the vintage), remainder Cabernet Sauvignon from our best terroirs.
• Aging: 12 – 16 months in French oak barrels from the best forests.
• Tasting: Very generous nose, emphasis on spiciness with hints of dark plum and blackberry, the palate is spicy and complex with a fine spiciness and complex aftertaste, fairly smooth, well balanced with a nice level of drinkability.
• Tips: Fine and elegant, this wine pairs well with white and red meats. Also perfect for sheep’s meat.

keeping: 10 to 12 years
