Fruity wine

Fruity wine with character, quite full-bodied and full-bodied from a plot selection.

Beautiful garnet color. Very complex bouquet with a good harvest, marked by floral notes, very ripe red and black fruits, spices. The attack is fine and discreet, then the volume is essential, supported by good grape tannins.

Whole, solid, authentic, typical of Côtes de Bourg.

 

 

• Blend:  More than 80% Merlot, remainder Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec
• Aging: Mainly in stainless steel vats, partially in French oak barrels.
• Tasting: This big, sexy, plump Côtes de Bourg is undeniably a winner of the vintage. Dark purple color, the character is young and floral with hints of violet, dark berries and spices. The palate is concentrated with a good balance and a long finish.
• Tips: Great on its own or with white or red meats
